Order Processing

Once we receive your order please allow 1 to 2 business days to processing. All orders are subjected to processing time that is additional to the shipping time. After processing is completed and the order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Please note, your tracking number will be updated once Canada Post has received the package and it is successfully processed in their system. Tracking numbers will not be provided for local pick-up and local delivery options.

We cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone or email about your missing item. 

Shipping 

The available shipping methods and their cost will be provided and calculated at check-out. Drika Vancouver offers the following shipping methods:

  • Free local pick-up by appointment at our Burnaby location.
  • Free local delivery on orders CAD$150.00 or more to selected Metro Vancouver areas.
  • Canada Post Domestic - Expedited Parcel
  • Canada Post Domestic - Xpresspost

To ensure your package arrives within the estimated time, please certify your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. It is strongly recommended that you also include your contact information. Drika Vancouver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our headquarters and handled to the carrier, the carrier is solely responsible for the package and shall be contacted directly if any issues arise.
